REBEL YOGA presents YOGA & WINE @ Nest

I am thrilled to announce that YOGA & WINE returns to the wonderful Nest in Glasgow's East End in March 2026!

Celebrate the arrival of Spring with REBEL YOGA, with an afternoon retreat of self care and sensation to nourish your body, mind and spirit.

Join us to pause, breathe, and re-awaken:

Ease into the new season with wholesome yoga practices; mindfulness, movement, breath-work and meditation, followed by a informal tasting of delicious natural wines to enjoy and explore with thoughtfully paired snacks and a like minded community.

It has always been the intention with REBEL YOGA to share the benefits of Yoga as far and wide as possible, so I am buzzing to be bringing these events to a new part of the city I love. Conveniently located between Bellgrove and Bridgeton train stations, easily accessible from the city centre and beyond.

Come as you are; All experience levels welcome, mats and props all available to borrow. Non drinkers and dietary requirements all catered for.
