About This Event

This 4-part series will provide neuroscience-based tools, guidance, and knowledge for supporting resilience in young children.

UPDATE: The January 20th Session will now be held ONLY VIA ZOOM!
Those who were planning to attend in-person are welcome to join us in the 2nd floor conference room at Hilltop Queen Anne to participate virtually in the training.

Workshop Description

How can we help cultivate the development of RESILIENCE in our children, from birth and beyond? What roles do anxiety and adversity play in this complex process? And how can we apply the principles and research of neuroscience to our everyday parenting strategies?

Join Hilltop's Outreach Institute and David Lewis, Psychologist and Affiliate Clinical Professor at the University of Washington, for this powerful 4-Part Family Training Series!

About the Presenter

David Lewis (he/him) is a Psychologist and an Affiliate Clinical Professor at the University of Washington, where he lectures across multiple departments including: the College of Education; Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences; and Adolescent Medicine.
