Qigong & Soundbath with Ron Prescott & Andrea Baines

Starting with a 60 minute Qigong session- Qigong is the grandfather of tai-chi combining slow movements with deep breathing to create a moving meditation. It is helpful for many health problems from relieving stress to easing pain and improving sleep. Qigong is suitable for beginners to this type of exercise.

Andrea Baines is a Sound Journey facilitator and vocal channel whose work is to guide you through the realms of light-encoded frequencies, gently back to your natural state of harmony.

Through sound healing instruments and the voice, pure frequencies are channelled to regulate the nervous system, restore energy and entrain the heart and brain to a coherent rhythm.

The fusion of Qigong and Sound Journey create a tranquil atmosphere to go into a peaceful state to drift off into feelings of bliss and deep relaxation.
