6:00 PM – Then we move next door to Shea Cheese, where the real fun begins. We've curated a stunning lineup of artisan cheeses specifically chosen to make those beautiful Proof loaves shine. You'll taste your way through our case, discovering perfect pairings and unexpected combinations that'll change how you think about both bread and cheese.
