Printing Workshop: Photographic polymer gravure printing with Jo Gane

Working in small groups of five, choose an image from ‘In the Forest of Arden’ exhibition in the gallery. Using an existing plate from the prints on display, you will work with Jo in the print room. You will learn the various processes of photographic ‘polymer gravure’ printing and make your own fine art print using quality papers and inks. Learn about paper types, colour mixing, inking up plates and printing on the etching press.

Your print will be a 12x16 inch sized image with generous margins on archive quality paper suitable for framing.

Print room is on the first floor and has stair access only.
