About This Event
It's all about good vibes, big lifts and hitting those personal best. Whether you’re brand new competing or a seasoned lifter.
This is the first event to be held here at HubGyms, located in Chepstow and under new ownership its time to bring something fun and exciting to the community,.
Bring your family and friends along with you whether your looking to hit a personal best or take 1st place, spectators can attend for free giving you that extra support on the day.
With a special guest in attendance, Jonathan Davies British and Irish Lions superstar, cash prizes, food drink and more!
Cash prizes will be given to the 1st place competitor of their category.
All who compete will receive a T-shirt along with some other goodies.
Doors open at 9:30 first lift will be 11:00
