A weekend yoga & meditation retreat designed to help you disconnect from external noise, slow down, reset your nervous system and reconnect
Modern life keeps the nervous system constantly “on”. Long working hours, screens, responsibilities, and endless input make it difficult to truly switch off.
You may notice:
- Difficulty relaxing even when you have time
- Restless sleep or constant thinking
- Feeling overstimulated or mentally exhausted
- Lack of focus and emotional clarity
- A sense of disconnection from yourself
This retreat is designed to help you pause, slow down, and reset.

Most retreats offer relaxation. This retreat is rooted in the ancient yogic principle of pratyahar, combined with modern understanding of the nervous system. Here, you will not just “escape” your life.

What is Pratyahar – and Why Is It So Relevant Today?
The Forgotten Practice of Inner Reset
Pratyahar is the fifth limb of classical yoga. It means gently withdrawing attention from external stimulation and turning inward.
In today’s world of constant noise, notifications, and distractions, this practice is more relevant than ever.
Through guided meditation, breathwork, and mindful awareness, you will learn how to:
- calm the nervous system
- reduce mental overload
- build emotional resilience
- reconnect with your inner clarity
This is not about isolation. It is about creating inner space.

You do not need flexibility or prior knowledge. All sessions are adapted to individual needs.
This is not a physically intense retreat. The focus is on rest, awareness, and nervous system balance.
Only 7 participants to maintain a personal and supportive atmosphere.

- Early Bird: 385€ (until 30. April 2026)
- Standard: 445€
- Bring a friend: 365€ each
Payment Options:
Payment can be done in 2 installments. Initial registration amount of 200€ needs to be transferred to reserve your spot. And the rest amount can be paid on the day of the retreat in cash or transfer.

Danke für die Erfahrung, die ich auf deinem Yoga Retreat im Allgäu machen durfte. Dazu wurde auch noch ein außergewöhnlicher Ort ausgewählt.
