Pranayama Immersion with Edgar Navarro

This immersion is an invitation to enter into a deeper relationship with the breath, not as a technique to master, but as a living bridge between body, mind, and nervous system.

Join Edgar in this immersion where we will explore the origins of pranayama within the yogic tradition, tracing its purpose beyond regulation of the breath and into its role as a tool for perception, refinement, and inner balance.

The workshop will cover the main categories of pranayama, their energetic and physiological effects, and how each practice can be skillfully applied depending on one’s internal state.

Through guided exploration, you will learn practical ways to work with the breath to regulate and equalize the nervous system, cultivating steadiness when there is agitation, clarity when there is dullness, and spaciousness when the mind feels contracted. Emphasis will be placed on sensitivity, timing, and discernment, allowing the breath to support both daily life and deeper meditative states.

This immersion is suitable for dedicated practitioners, teachers, and anyone interested in understanding how conscious breathing can become a subtle yet powerful instrument for balance, resilience, and self-awareness.
