This full day, hands on workshop is designed to remove the confusion and show how AI can be used properly in real business situations, not just talked about.

This is not a presentation style event. You will not be watching demos or listening to theory. You will be building and using AI tools live, with guidance, structure, and practical examples that can be applied immediately.

What this workshop covers

This in person session focuses on two core areas that deliver fast, practical impact in everyday work.

Custom GPTs for Business

You will learn how Custom GPTs work, where they are genuinely useful, and how to build your own during the session. We will cover how GPTs can support research, admin, internal knowledge, decision support, and repeatable workflows. You will also learn how to structure GPTs so they remain reliable and useful day to day.

Prompt Engineering for Real Results

You will learn how to write high level prompts that consistently produce clear, useful outputs. We will cover prompt structures that can be reused across tasks, how to reduce trial and error, and how to apply prompt techniques to everyday business work rather than one off experiments.

The focus throughout is practical execution, not tools for the sake of it.

Who this workshop is for

This workshop is suitable for business owners, founders, directors, senior leaders, and team members trusted to improve processes or implement tools.

No technical background is required. No previous AI experience is needed. The session is designed for people who want clarity, confidence, and practical outcomes.

What you will leave with

By the end of the day, you will leave with a clear understanding of how AI is being used effectively in businesses today. You will have at least one Custom GPT built and ready to use, practical prompt structures you can reuse immediately, and confidence in what to use, what to ignore, and how to move forward.

You will also have a strong foundation for further AI adoption within your role or organisation.

What is included

This is a full day, in person workshop running from 09:00 to 16:30. Tea, coffee, refreshments, and water are provided throughout the day. Lunch is included. Attendees will also receive practical examples and take away resources.

Places are limited to 25 attendees to keep the session interactive and hands on.

Important, what you need to bring

All attendees must bring a laptop to take part in the workshop exercises.

You will also need an active ChatGPT account on a paid plan to avoid usage limits during the session.

Recommended plans for this workshop are ChatGPT Go or ChatGPT Plus.

The free version of ChatGPT has message and feature limits that may prevent you from completing the live exercises.

ChatGPT Pro is not required for this workshop.
