Room block at Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport is CAD 175/night + tax. Booking details will be sent to registered attendees.

Free Toronto Pearson International Airport shuttle runs 24/7.

Parking:

Festival attendees will receive a discounted rate of CAD15/day (applicable to day attendees or overnight hotel guests). Regular rate is CAD 35/day.

Event capacity: 180 attendees

• Super Early Bird (through January 31, 2026) - Festival Saturday registration fee of CAD 279, discount auto-applied at checkout (Friday add-on party add at checkout, additional CAD 99)
• Early Bird (February 1-28, 2026) - Festival Saturday registration fee of CAD 289, discount auto-applied at checkout (Friday add-on party add at checkout, additional CAD 99)
• Regular (March 1 - April 17, 2026) - Festival Saturday registration fee of CAD 299 (Friday add-on party add at checkout, additional CAD 99)

THE NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee includes:

1. Admittance to the Festival conference Saturday 8 am - 5 pm.
2. Saturday lunch.
3. Saturday morning and afternoon snack breaks.
4. Saturday evening party, 6 - 9 pm, including one drink ticket and hot appetizers.

THE NON-REFUNDABLE Friday add-on registration fee includes:

1. Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto International Airport Friday evening party, 5-9 pm, including two drink tickets and hot appetizers.
2. Requires Saturday Festival ticket.

Saturday, April 18:

• 8-9 am registration and networking
• 9-5 pm conference sessions including lunch and two networking snack breaks
• 5-6 pm pre-party networking
• 6-9 pm evening party, including one drink ticket and hot appetizers

Transfer Policy: registration is transferable for a CAD 25 processing fee. Transfers must be completed by April 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm EDT—email organizer via EventBrite your ticket information. Transfers will be assigned by event organizer to those on event waitlist. Resale of tickets is prohibited and will result in ticket cancelation without refund.

Recording Policy: no audio or video recording of sessions is permitted without express written consent. Unauthorized recording may result in ejection without refund. Photos of presentation slides are permitted only with verbal consent of the presenter.
