Early Adult Admission Ticket - $25

Early Child Ticket 15 and under- $15

VIP Admission Ticket- $80

At the Door Adult Ticket - $30

At the Door Child Ticket - $17

Kids 8 and under are FREE!

Wristbands/badges given at the event are to be kept on at all times. If it gets ripped or damaged, you may bring it to registration and have it replaced. However, if you lose your wristband/badge, you will not be allowed back in the event without buying a new ticket to the event. There is reentry with the official Otaku Smash Matsuri wristbands/badge.

Refund policy - refunds for tickets will be honored until the day before the event. No refunds will be given on or after the event date. If you buy a ticket and do not attend the event (or did not like the event), you will not be refunded (this applies to you and to whatever situation you explain - no exceptions, there are no refunds on or after the event). Eventbrite fees are only refunded by Eventbrite.

Reselling, sharing, or transferring a Otaku Smash Matsuri /wristband or complimentary pass is strictly prohibited. If this is violated and ownership cannot be proved, the badge/wristband will be revoked and canceled without refund.

Otaku Smash Matsuri reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at the event, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. We may use the photograph/video in publications or other media materials.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian

By attending Otaku Smash Matsuri or by failing to notify us, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph or image used, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Otaku Smash Matsuri from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Anyone attending the event who harasses, videos/records, or take photos of other guests, attendees, vendors, artists, staff, volunteers, or other personnel without their permission will be ejected from the event without a refund. If an attendee engages in any form of harassment, we will take action to keep the event a safe environment for all participants - including expelling someone without refund. There is zero tolerance for harassment.
