Workshop Information: Coming before registration opens

Review the Workshop Descriptions before completing your Eventbrite registration. You will be asked to select your workshop choices for each session when answering the questions during registration. Decide on your first and second choices for each of the four sessions.

Registration fees:

Registration fees are based on whether attendees are individual STANYS members. The non-member fee includes annual membership to STANYS. If your registration will be included in a district purchase order, read the information below. If you are not sure about your membership status, please email Suffolk Section Chair Dame Forbes. suffolkdirector@stanys.org.

Eventbrite Fees:

Eventbrite registration fees will be added to the ticket prices and will not be refunded if you request a refund. No refunds after 3/12/2026 (7 days before the event)

If a Purchase Order will be issued to register one or more teachers contact Brian Vorwald at bvorw1975@gmail.com. The PO should be sent to this email address as a PDF. If a quote is needed to process a PO or you have any questions, contact Brian. A discount code will be generated for the number of teachers included on the PO so they can register without an Eventbrite charge. Purchase Orders must be received by 3/5/2026 and include the name and email address of a contact person who will receive and distribute the promotional codes to the registrants on the PO.

After 3/12/2026, the Eventbrite registration will be closed. Due to the requirements that BNL is aware of all attendees in advance, there will be no walk-in registration on the day of the conference.

When you arrive:

Registration begins at 7:45, and the last session ends at 2:40. This year, a light breakfast and lunch will be included with registration.

Brookhaven National Lab requires all participants to have a government ID.

CTLE Hours

You will receive a certificate for 6 CTLE hours if you include the information on the order form. Pick up the certificate before you leave the conference.
