Here is the agenda! (You're going to want to arrive on time & stay until the end 😉)

11:00am: arrivals, checkin, get situated in your spot for yoga, breath work, & sound

11:30am: warm welcome & intention setting from your hosts

11:45am: gentle yoga led by Stephanie

12:15pm: breath work led by Jantzen

12:45pm: savasana with alchemical sound bowls led by Farida

1:00-3:00pm: short lectures led by experts in their field begin, vendor booths open, & experience stations open (like chair masssage, recommendations from our Holistic Nutritionist, creative expression, etc.)

3:00-3:30pm: closing ritual
