• His Majesty Emperor Francis Joseph I's favorite soup (smoked julienned beef tongue with tender green pea sprouts) (L, 5)
• Whole roasted veal in green spice crust, vegetable tarte, forest mushroom fusion, almond broccoli rose
• Cream cheese cake with strawberry coulis essence
