NMTRG Major Trauma Rehabilitation Conference partnered with the ATOCP.

The NMTRG and headline sponsor Slater & Gordon welcome you to join us at the NMTRG Major Trauma Rehabilitation Conference! Join us for two days filled with insightful sessions and networking opportunities. Our event will take place in person at the Birmingham Conference & Events centre. Learn from experts in the field of major trauma rehabilitation and connect with like-minded professionals.

The focus for this year is 'Beyond the Physical’ We will explore why people with major trauma do not recover in a linear or similar way, the effects of hormonal imbalance e.g. the menopause, has on traumatic injury recovery and rehabilitation alongside the consequences major trauma has on current and future pregnancy. Back by popular demand, we will have two debate sessions looking at ‘rehabilitation evidence in major trauma’ and the ‘big pain debate’ with medical, legal and psychological perspectives. We also welcome back the Military who will update us on their rehabilitation progress over the past year.

The agenda supports all age rehabilitation with a paediatric breakout session on the 9th June supported by the National Children’s Major Trauma Rehabilitation Network.
