Movement Moment for Teachers and Parents

Movement Moment is an opportunity for caregivers and educators to experience the transformative power of movement and community. During this workshop, we will guide participants through movement that emphasises wellness, body awareness, and stress relief. This event is intended to be for adults 18+. We will not be able to provide childcare onsite.

Project Commotion's mission is to foster healthy development in children of all abilities through purposeful movement, play, and family and community relationships.

A suggested donation of $15 is recommended, but participants are welcome to pay what they can. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
