Do we want to keep up the pace? Or should we instead slow down, search for new ways, and redefine how we communicate information and data?

&MOVE is a space for reflection.

Experts and emerging talents from the field of data art, data research, data journalism, and data design, share their work, ideas, and learning journeys. Dive into the world of metaphors, gender research, typography, generative art, visual anthropology and AI. Be inspired, share your own experiences and never stop moving.

&MOVE is a two day event with talks, discussions, workshops, music and other activities. The entire conference will be in English. You can join the conference on location in Utrecht or (only the first day) online. Please note that all time indications are CEST.

TICKETS

There are two options to join the event:

(1) You can buy a full access ticket that allows you to come to the venue in Utrecht.

On Thursday June 11 you can listen to a full day of talks in the theatre, get coffee/tea/water during the breaks, enjoy a vegetarian lunch, and have some drinks at the end of the day.

On Friday June 12 you can join one round of workshops, get coffee/tea/water during the breaks, enjoy a vegetarian lunch, watch the closing talks in the theatre and enjoy some final drinks.

I mportant to know: when you buy a full access ticket, you need to choose which workshop you want to join. Please note that some workshops have limited spots.

(2) You can buy an online ticket and follow the first event day online, plus receive the recordings of the talks on day 2 (excluding the workshops).

By purchasing a ticket for the event, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Pricing and payment

Ticket price is in euro and exempt from VAT, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. Tickets must be paid in full via Eventbrite before the event starts. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Access to the event is final when the buying of the ticket is confirmed by Graphic Hunters and the ticket price is paid.

Event tickets

A ticket to the event gives you access to the (online) talks and activities. We have two types of tickets: (1) on location and (2) online.

(1) On location will be at the Anatomiegebouw in Utrecht. This ticket gives you the chance to come to the venue on Thurday June 11 and Friday June 12. A ticket gives you entrance to the venue and includes catered drinks during breaks, and lunch.

2) Online. This ticket gives you access to a Zoom link with which you can watch the live talks online from your home or office. This will only be applicable for the talks of the first day (June 11).

The talks will be recorded and shared with the participants. Graphic Hunters will give you access to the recordings (if the quality is sufficient and the speakers give permission) within a few weeks after the event.

Transfer of tickets

Tickets to the event can be transferred. If you are not able to attend the event at a final stage, you can let a colleague or friend attend. Please inform Graphic Hunters in advance of any changes.

Speakers and schedule

The names of the speakers and the schedule for the event is published on the website, but may change at any time. A change of names of speakers or schedule is not a reason to get a refund for the ticket bought.

Cancellation

In the unlikely event of a complete cancellation of the event, all tickets will be refunded.
