Join Me for Forest School for Grown Ups!

What do you get if you mix Forest Bathing with activities you might get at a Forest School session? This event!

This event mixes up all the good stuff from a Forest Bathing session with some creative and practical 'Forest School' type activities that us adults love but don't often get the chance to take part in.

So you'll get the chance to slow down, connect with nature and immerse your senses in the woodland environment. And you'll get to express your creative side with some woodland crafts as well as checking in with your inner caveperson with some knife skills and fire lighting. We'll finish up having a brew and s'mores beside the fire.
