Microdosing, Sound Journey & Cacao Ceremony

A space to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with your inner rhythm: through sound, intention, and conscious presence. This is about listening inward and opening the heart.

Part 1 - Arriving fully, just as you are.

We begin by gently grounding into the body and the space. Through breath, awareness, and intention-setting, you’ll be invited to check in with yourself.

Part 2 - Cacao Ceremony & Conscious Microdosing (Optional)

You’ll be invited to drink a ceremonial dose of cacao (35 grams), a sacred plant traditionally used to support heart opening, clarity, and connection. Before drinking, we take time to set intentions: for the evening, for your inner journey, and for what you wish to receive. For those who feel called, an optional and mindfully guided microdosing experience will be available, facilitated by @mindfulexperiences_. This offering is held with care, respect, and conscious guidance, always honoring personal choice.

Part 3 - Soul Journey Meditation

After the cacao, you’ll be guided into a deep, meditative inner journey with the help of a live Portuguese guitar performance. Supported by intention, breath, and the gentle presence of cacao, this Soul Journey invites you to access your intuition and connect with inner insights. Throughout the ceremony, music, voice, and sound meditation will be woven into the experience.

Part 4: Being seen, being heard

We close with a sharing circle, offering space for reflection, journaling, or spoken expression.
