Mexican Food Workshop with El Milagro at Priory Market

Roll up your sleeves and join us for a romantic Mexican evening celebrating flavour, culture, and tradition. Enjoy a hands-on Mexican food and cocktail workshop followed by a four-course tasting menu featuring some of our most beloved dishes from home.

Fall in love with the bold, soulful flavours of central and southwestern Mexico, with dishes inspired by Oaxaca, Estado de México, and Yucatán.

You’ll be welcomed with a delicious Mexican cocktail crafted by the ever-masterful bar team behind Priory Market, along with light snacks and a short introduction to Mexican ingredients and cooking techniques. During the workshop, you’ll also learn to make your own cocktails, then move on to prepare a selection of antojitos and salsas before sitting down to a four-course Mexican dinner at Priory Market.

The Mexican food and cocktail workshop runs from 4:00 - 6:00pm, after which you’ll be invited to relax, enjoy another cocktail, and savour a four-course tasting menu from El Milagro.
