Men's Support Group

Welcome to the Men's Support Group!

Date: Alternating Mondays (Feb. 9, 23; Mar. 23; Apr. 6, 20; May. 4, 18; Jun. 1, 15, 29; Jul. 13, 27; etc. )

Time: 6:00 - 7:30pm

Location: Bâtiment 7

Join us for a safe and welcoming space where adult men can come together to share their experiences, struggles, and triumphs. This group provides a supportive environment for men to connect, listen, and learn from one another. Whether you're facing challenges or just looking to connect with like-minded individuals, this group is here for you. Come as you are and feel free to participate as much or as little as you'd like. All male identifying folks are welcome. We're here to support each other. See you there!

IMPORTANT: please come on time as we are stating at 6pm sharp.

IMPORTANT: parking is free on the street, but options are limited. It is highly advisable to arrive early so you can find a spot stress-free.
