Meditation, Breathwork, Cold 3rd Sunday of the month at Origins Unity

Join us for a fun, experiential, guided group event with a wide variety of simple & powerful meditative practices outdoors, & optional cold plunge!

• Breathwork: Strong, Medium, & Gentle Breathing Techniques
• QiGong and Yoga Techniques
• Guided Meditation & Mindfulness
• Group Discussion (time-permitting)
• Deep Circular Retention Breathing
• Cold Plunge (Deliberate Cold Exposure)
• Reheating Exercises, Mindset, Qi Gong, & Closing
• Socialize

*All parts are optional.

Many folks shift to an indoor location or hang out at the beach for coffee/tea and socialize afterwards

If we don't sell at least 8 tickets, we may cancel and will refund in that case.

This is our general guided practice structure for the morning, Join in any or all parts of it.

Bring any items you may need to feel comfortable, like a towel, warm clothes, mat to lye down on, chair, etc.

During colder months, dress significantly warmer than you think you need to. Thermo-gear, layers, blankets, etc. with bathing suit underneath (for cold exposure). If you plan to do the cold plunge, please bring a towel or two, a bathing suit, a change of warm clothes, gloves, beanie, warm socks, sandals/aqua socks for rocks, etc. and whatever else you may need to reheat yourself up after.
