About This Event

Clinical herbalist Cassidy Moss will help you get started on a medicinal herb garden that can support you and your family's needs.

Clinical herbalist Cassidy Moss will help you get started on a medicinal herb garden that can support you and your family’s needs.

Plan a medicinal herb garden this year! Learn how to start medicinal herb seeds, tend to them in your Pacific Northwest garden, and grow medicine for you and your family. Clinical herbalist Cassidy Moss will go over basic garden planning and care, as well as the conditions that will help these herbs thrive, and give you an introduction to their medicinal uses.

About the instructor, Cassidy Moss: Cassidy is a clinical herbalist with a decade of experience in biodynamic gardening and growing medicinal plants.

This class is a part of our Garden Starting Skill Series, which includes 10 classes that hope to give you the opportunity to learn more about different aspects of gardening.

Our sliding scale for classes helps to reduce barriers for participation while retaining sufficient income for Seattle REconomy, which owns and operates the NE Seattle and Shoreline tool libraries. Please choose the level that best fits your family’s income.
