As winter loosens its grip and the light returns, we gather to welcome spring in the most human way possible — together.

Join us for a nourishing half-day Spring Equinox Ceremony at Rolsin, Edinburgh, honouring balance, renewal, warmth, and new beginnings. This is a gentle but powerful invitation to shake off stagnation, reconnect with your body, and open the door to the brighter half of the year.

Community is the key. All are welcome.

We’ll move through the afternoon slowly and intentionally, with space to participate at your own pace:

🔥 Fire Ritual – release what winter held and set intentions for the season ahead
🌊 Optional River Dip – invigorating, grounding, and deeply alive
🫁 Guided Breathwork – to energise, regulate your nervous system, and awaken your inner spark
🧘 Dynamic Yoga & Somatic Movement – playful, embodied, and accessible to all levels
🥣 Hot Soup & Shared Food – warmth, nourishment, and connection
⭕ Closing Circle – reflection, presence, and shared humanity

No experience needed — just curiosity and an open heart.
