Man Up - Men's Support Space is coming to The Sound School Birmingham for a small, in-person men’s support space.

This is a one-off standalone session, open to any man who could benefit from space, connection, and honest conversation.

These gatherings are created to support men’s mental health and wellbeing in a grounded, respectful environment — away from pressure or judgement.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You don’t need to perform.

You just need to show up.

You’re welcome whether you’re navigating:

• Relationship breakdown or change

• Grief or loss

• Anxiety, stress, or overwhelm

• Fatherhood challenges

• Financial pressure

• Life transitions

• Feeling disconnected or isolated

or if you’re simply feeling stuck, numb, or ready for change.

This space is about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and sharing real moments with other men walking their own path.

There’s no expectation to be anything other than who you are.

It’s a chance to pause, reflect, and remember that you don’t have to carry everything alone.
