Make a stand this International Womenâs Day with The Circle NGO and BBC Womanâs Hour Presenter, Nuala McGovern.
BBC Womanâs Hour presenter and journalist Nuala McGovern will be hosting a discussion with The Circleâs CEO Raakhi Shah and Delphine Uwamahoro, founder of their grassroots partner in Rwanda, Our Sistersâ Opportunity.
The Circle is a global feminist organisation founded by Annie Lennox and other leading women to bring women and allies together in the fight for a fairer and safer world for women and girls.
As part of The Circleâs Global Feminist Series, the panel will be discussing the pandemic of violence and other dramatic challenges faced by women globally in these turbulent times. They will explore how we can all work together and make a stand to protect progress and drive change through solidarity and action.
