After two incredible soft-launch meetups, we are officially launching our structured weekly Mahjong in the Sun Fridays — now with curated seating, limited tickets, drink perks, sponsors, and door prizes each week. ✨

To keep the experience elevated, organized, and enjoyable for everyone, Friday meetups will now be ticketed events with two distinct experiences:

🀄 OPEN PLAY – $25

Perfect for experienced players who can jump right into a game.

✔️ Includes 2 hours of organized play
✔️ Drink ticket (beer or mimosa)
✔️ Table matching based on experience level
✔️ Weekly sponsor giveaways + door prizes
✔️ Community vibes + elevated structure

Experienced players are encouraged to bring their own tile sets if you have them!

🌞 MAHJONG 101 – $50

For those brand new (or newer) to Mahjong who want to truly learn the game.

✔️ Two dedicated instructional tables (8 seats total each Friday)
✔️ Guided overview of the game
✔️ Learn setup, Charleston, gameplay basics & strategy
✔️ Drink ticket (beer or mimosa)
✔️ Structured environment to build confidence

Limited to 8 tickets weekly to ensure quality instruction.

• Tickets must be purchased in advance on Eventbrite
• When registering, please indicate your experience level
• If attending with friends and want to sit together, note their names at checkout
• Tiles provided (extras welcome!)
