A friendly gym competition where athletes are grouped together to battle it out with connection and camaraderie in mind.
Mindset meets movement. In this community competition, mindful athletes come together to test their strength, endurance and focus. You’ll be grouped in teams and move through a series of challenges designed to push your limits—while staying grounded. Expect friendly rivalry, building connection, and the kind of “battle” that leaves everyone feeling more confident than when they started, led and created by trainer Jamal Liggin
