About This Event

An intimate evening with acclaimed roots/blues singer-songwriter Lily Sazz

Lily Sazz has been making waves on the roots and blues music scene as her first solo album “What Just Happened” has been receiving unanimously glowing reviews both in Canada and abroad. Her songwriting and authentic delivery is touching hearts and inspiring laughter, tears, and everything in between. The recording features a star-studded array of guests including Colin Linden, Suzie Vinnick, Harry Manx, Steve Marriner, Trombone Charlotte, Boreal and more, but her live performances capture the magic, and whether you see her perform solo, or with any of her collaborators, you’ll find yourself thoroughly entertained and engaged.
Lily was a long time member of the Women’s Blues Revue Band (10 years as musical director), toured with Canada’s Queen of the Blues, Rita Chiarelli, co-founded and led critically acclaimed bands Trailblazers, Groove Corporation, and Maple Blues Award nominated Cootes Paradise.
“Lily Sazz remains one of the most emotionally compelling artists on today’s scene (and as for her keyboard playing—hold on to your seat)” - Patrick Dallongeville Paris-Moves (France)
