Following the sell-out success of our last four events, Life After I Left is back and this one’s going to be our biggest, boldest, most badass celebration yet.

Because this February, we’re celebrating five events, five years in business, and Cat Dunn’s 40th birthday.

That’s right - it’s a triple birthday bash for courage, connection, and completely rewriting your story.

Get ready for an unforgettable evening of raw, real, and ridiculously inspiring storytelling.

This time five incredible women will take the mic and share the moments that changed everything - the heartbreaks, the breakthroughs, and the “holy sh*t, I made it out” chapters of their lives.

You’ll laugh. You’ll cry. You’ll feel seen.
And you’ll walk away with goosebumps, cake crumbs, and maybe a few new soul sisters.

Hosted by Life After I Left founder and your resident MC, Cat Dunn — expect warmth, wit, and a little bit of rock ‘n’ roll chaos (the fun kind).

Speaking about the disease that ruled her life from 12 to 24 and how, post surgery, she was able to go on the long journey to heal.

To the point where she even ran an Ultra Marathon (50kms!) on her period, leaking through tampons and having stained shorts all the way to the finish line.

Life After... 4 divorces with Linda Kaye

The gambler, the cheater, the alcoholic, the narcissist, the family violence perpetrator, the sex addict... Linda's experienced it all.

She thought there was something wrong with her, then in her healing journey, laying on a yoga mat, it hit her like a tonne of bricks - it wasn’t them it was her.

Life After... My comfort zone with Brenda Keane

She'll be sharing her story about starting a business in a career she knew absolutely nothing about.

Join us for her funny raw - and challenging - story, where Brenda will be encouraging you all that if you have an idea... maybe take a leap!

Life After... Putting myself first with Belinda Stark

Like most women, she was at the bottom of her to-do list. Everyone and everything else came first.

But then a throwaway comment in a conversation made her pause. So she kept her appointment. And that decision? It saved her life!

Life After... Redefining success at 40 with Evelyn Lopez Delon

Wanna know what it looks like to redefine success at 40? Evelyn is going to share the gutsy truth with us.

The awkwardness, how funny it can be, and also how much freedom you'll find when you FINALLY back yourself.
