Letters In Luteal

An intimate, panel led afternoon raising awareness of PMDD through lived experience.

Speakers will share personal letters reflecting on how PMDD affects their lives and the lives of their loved ones. These letters offer insight into the realities of the condition its impact on mental health, relationships, work, care, and daily life.

This is a seated listening event for an audience, designed to educate, build understanding, and reduce stigma during PMDD Awareness Month.

All funds raised will support Edinburgh’s first PMDD support group, helping cover ongoing group costs and sustain this vital peer led space.
