Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training

(Prerequisite: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate)

A 5-day training course that uses simulations, case studies, and participant interactions.

Day 1: Organizational structures, KPIs, team facilitation, and organizational change management

Day 2: Total quality management, statistical process control, and strategic planning

Day 3: Theory of constraints, project management, TPM, and Shingo style process mapping

Day 4: DFSS, QFD, seven quality tools, culture of quality, and gap analysis

Day 5: Benchmarking, systems thinking, and certification exam

Expected Learning outcomes

• Possess a complete understanding of Lean and Six Sigma
• Ability to apply standardized problem solving and root cause analysis tools
• Ability to map, analyze and improve work progress
• Ability to facilitate meetings and problem solving / process improvements events
• Ability to develop and implement proven process improvement strategies
• Ability to effectively present project results and document project details
• Possess a high degree of confidence to pass Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification exam
