Leader Launch by I4E: June 4th, 2026

This camp is offered at CSU Spur. Camp runs Thursday, June 4th, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm MDT. Limited to students entering 3rd-6th grade.

Love learning new things? Love taking charge and solving problems? Love discovering what makes you a great leader?

If so, you don’t want to miss Leader Launch, a fun, hands-on day that helps students explore their strengths and build real-world leadership skills.

This one-day workshop blends leadership development, creativity, and early business and entrepreneurship education. Students will complete the Clifton StrengthsExplorer assessment for youth, discover their top strengths, and learn how to use them to work in teams, think like entrepreneurs, and make an impact in their communities.

Throughout the day, students will explore:

• Strengths Awareness – “What makes me unique?”
• Growth Mindset – “How do I handle challenges?”
• Creative Confidence – “How do I turn ideas into action?”
• Purposeful Leadership – “How can I use my strengths to help others?”
