Late Night Trash Can is the ultimate late-night writers’ hangout. Professional writers from TV’s biggest late night shows will perform material they wrote for their jobs that didn’t quite make the cut – and they’ll share the stories of why their pieces got thrown in the trash. Every writer has a laptop full of comedy gold that didn’t make it onto TV – and at this show, we’re mining that gold for laughs.

But we’re also celebrating the beauty of rejection – of what you learn from it, and how you grow from it.

Jenny Hagel (Late Night with Seth Meyers, The Amber Ruffin Show) will guide us through this celebration of jokes and humility, along with a bunch of your favorite faces from late night.
