Juan Bavaldi is a master makeup artist, hairdresser, and personal shopper who has been transforming beauty into art since the age of 16. His international career spans fashion weeks in London, Madrid, Paris, and Rome, as well as collaborations with iconic figures including Victoria’s Secret Angels, Amy Jackson, Victoria McGrath, and designer Casey Cadwallader.

Currently the UK & Ireland National Pro Artist for Lancôme, Juan is a leading voice in luxury beauty, training teams, representing the brand globally, and leading high-profile events such as the BAFTAs. Previously, he served as National Pro Artist for Valentino Beauty, playing a key role in launching and shaping the brand’s global makeup identity.
