Join us in the lambing shed and experience one of the most special times on the farm. This small group session, offers a relaxed, up-close introduction allowing you to soak up the magic of the lambing season - while meeting some very special new arrivals along the way.

Your experience will include:

• A personal 45-minute tour exclusively for your group (your ticket allows up to 6 people), designed to be relaxed, unhurried, and hands-on.
• A rare opportunity to see behind the scenes of a working, family-run farm with spectacular views over the River Forth.
• The chance to also say hello to our cows and newborn calves.
• Hand feeding our friendly alpacas.
• A tour around the lambing shed, where you will meet our pregnant and newly lambed ewes, learning about their care.
• Plenty of time for questions and to soak up the calm, quiet atmosphere of the shed.
• Meet and bottle feed our pet lambs (not just for the children!)
• Ending your session with the very best lamb cuddles, taking as many photos as you wish!
• Making life-long memories of your time at the farm.

A Note About Our Animals
We are a working farm, and our animals come first. Because they have minds of their own (and sometimes different schedules than we do), we can’t guarantee they’ll always cooperate or be available for feeding or interaction. We appreciate your understanding that animal participation may vary.

Pre-booking for this experience is essential.

Important information you should know:

• We welcome everyone to the farm; however, for health and safety reasons, if anyone in your group is pregnant or thinks they may be pregnant, we kindly ask that they do not take part in this experience. NHS Scotland guidelines advise pregnant women to avoid close contact with sheep and lambs during the lambing season.
• Please arrive at Dalachy Farm, KY3 0RL, approximately 5 minutes before your booked time slot.
• Each session lasts 45 minutes.
• On arrival, we’ll give you a short health and safety welcome, explaining how to enjoy the farm safely before the experience begins.
• To help keep our animals healthy, all visitors must dip their footwear in a shallow disinfectant footbath on arrival. Please wear suitable footwear such as wellies or walking boots, as this is an essential part of the experience and exceptions cannot be made.
• As Dalachy Farm is a working farm, we ask that everyone stays together as a group and follows any safety guidance given by our team. Adults are responsible for supervising children at all times. For everyone’s safety, the experience may be paused or stopped if we feel anyone is putting themselves at risk.
