Knife Skills 101 will start by adding to your general knowledge with a discussion about knife construction, metals, shapes, and maintenance. From there we'll cover some classic cuts, as well as the ones we reach for most in the kitchen. Class will end with turning your knife work into a meal kit to make dinner at home!
