About This Event

British writer Ian Leslie joins us to celebrate the paperback publication of his Sunday Times bestselling biography, 'John & Paul'.

We're thrilled to welcome acclaimed writer Ian Leslie to West Kirby, to celebrate the paperback publication of the Sunday Times & New York Times bestselling, John & Paul: A Love Story in Songs.

Ian will be with us on Wednesday 4th February at West Kirby United Reformed Church, taking a deep dive into his acclaimed latest book, before answering questions from the audience and signing copies of John & Paul.

Described as 'absorbing' by Nigella Lawson, 'revelatory' by Tom Holland, 'a masterpiece' by Dylan Jones and 'moving' by Paul Mescal , John & Paul was one of our bestselling hardback books of 2025, and we're very excited to hear more about one of the most prominent and well received Beatles memoirs published in the last decade.

Tickets are £8 standard admission or £16 including a copy of John & Paul. If you can't attend the event and would like to reserve a signed & dedicated copy of the book, then please do get in touch.

We look forward to seeing you there!
