JobFest 2026 - Employer Sign-Up

Our Spring JobFest 2026 is a premier opportunity to meet and recruit highly qualified students, alumni, and members of the community who are career-ready with a range of industry-recognized credentials.

This in-person hiring event will take place on Thursday, April 2, 2026, from 11:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Rio Salado College Conference Center in Tempe.

Based on the strong turnout from previous events, we’re expecting 200+ motivated job-seekers to attend and be ready to engage with employers like you!

This event is sponsored by Route to Relief at Maricopa Community Colleges, a partnership with Maricopa County and the City of Phoenix that provides free tuition, monthly stipends, and employment assistance to Maricopa County residents whose employment or household income was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The goal of this initiative is to equip these students with the industry-recognized credentials they need to fill your open positions. • Welcome presentation | 11:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• Doors open to attendees | *12:00 - 3:30 p.m.
• Employer table breakdown | 3:30 - 4:00 p.m.

*From 12:00 - 12:30 p.m., attendance will be limited to Route to Relief students and alumni. At 12:30 p.m., doors will open to all attendees, including Maricopa Community Colleges students and alumni from across our 10 Colleges, as well as members of the community.
