Jimmy Carpenter is a Grammy-winning American blues saxophonist, singer-songwriter, and arranger whose sound blends Gulf Coast soul, New Orleans funk, and straight-ahead blues. Known for his powerful horn lines and gritty vocals, he has built a reputation as a dynamic live performer and a skilled bandleader, earning praise from fans and critics across the blues world.

In addition to his recording and touring career, Carpenter is a key figure behind the scenes in the blues community, serving as the musical director for the Big Blues Bender festival in Las Vegas. A Billboard Blues chart artist and Gulf Coast Records release, he continues to tour internationally, bringing high-energy performances and authentic American blues to stages around the world.
