Adina has been teaching & dancing in the Denver area for over 15 years. She is passionate about helping people connect with themselves, one another, and the music.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Best-selling author, speaker & educator, Jessica Goldmuntz Stokes is an entrepreneur. Jessica teaches and performs belly dance and practices Therapeutic Touch and Reiki. She is an avid labyrinth-walker, a Trained Veriditas Labyrinth Facilitator, and a published author of Seeking Clarity in the Labyrinth, A Daughter's Journey Through Alzheimer's and is contributed to several anthologies including Planting the Seed, Lessons to Cultivate a Brighter Future (2023), Notes from Motherland, The Wild Adventure of Raising Humans(April 2024) and By the Light of The Moon (Summer 2024). Jessica writes about the complexity of living and the juxtapositions of emotions.

You MUST register and pay in advance to ensure you have a spot. Seats are limited. We sell out a handful of events each month. Your registration isn’t complete until you pay for your event. Marking yourself as Going or Attending does not guarantee a spot or reserve your seat. You may pay via our website or Eventbrite.

PARKING & BUILDING ACCESS

We have moved! On November 1st, 2023 we will be at our new location at 7500 E Arapahoe Rd. Suite 208, Centennial, CO 80112.

There is free parking at our location. Come into the building and look for the stairs or elevator to find us on the second floor of the office building.
