The ancient science of Kriya Yoga handed down by the unbroken Lineage of the Masters - Mahavatar Babaji Maharaj, Shri Lahiri Mahashaya, Swami Shriyukteshwar Giri, Shri Sanyal Mahashaya, Paramahamsa Yogananda, Swami Satyananda Giri, Paramahamsa Hariharananda, Paramahamsa Prajnanananda,can be learned and experienced in Budapest, Hungary.

Lecture will be led by Yogacharya Nada Steinmann an authorized Kriya Yoga teacher in this great lineage.

This talk is an introduction to Kriya Yoga. One will get to know about its meaning, practical application and benefits:

• how to stay calm and focused
• how to control the mind
• how to live a balanced live
  
  Apart from the lecture on Friday 27.02.2026 there will be an opportunity to learn and practice Kriya Yoga on the following days: 28.02 & 01.03.2026

Lecture and the entire program will be held in English with Hungarian translation.
