Over the course of an afternoon, you’ll be guided through rituals designed to develop inner calm, intuition and self-trust. These practices include a Cacao ceremony, activation meditations, intention setting, journaling and time for integration too.

This retreat is about giving you the space to connect with yourself, nature and others, as well as the tools to continue deepening this presence in your wider life.

Marina Oswald is a self-connection guide, and mentor. She combines a variety of modalities such as traditional coaching, past life healing, human design, astrology and tarot to support people connect with their inner power and purpose. She runs a membership called Sacred Anchor which educates people on rituals and practices for daily life.

Sarah-Alexandra Teodorescu is a wellbeing writer, and mentor. She has devoted herself to healing modalities that inspire a deep connection to the Self. Sarah-Alexandra has been practising yoga and meditation for 22 years, and has been teaching worldwide for 13 years. She is a certified yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and shinrin yoku guide. She leads curated circles, retreats, and 1:1 mentoring programs that offer lifelong tools for the participants. She knows that true power rests within the individual, and in their capacity to connect to their authenticity. Her joy is anchored in creating safe, nurturing and sacred spaces where individuals feel deeply seen and supported.

Mats, bolsters, notebooks, and pens will be provided, however, guests are welcome to bring their own.
