In-person class: Fresh Handmade Pasta (Dallas)

There's nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, made from scratch.Escape to Italy for an evening to master the the art of making pasta. Follow the steps demonstrated by your Chef Instructor to make beautiful Fettuccine pasta. Guests will learn to make dough from scratch, as well as rolling it out and shaping it to create their picture perfect pasta. Your chef instructor will demonstrate how to make a creamy Alfredo sauce, with the help of some audience participation. Serve the sauce over your al dente cooked pasta and enjoy a delicious meal in a fun atmosphere. The best part is digging into your delicious pasta surrounded by your fellow classmates and newfound foodie friends.No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.
