IN-PERSON at BIRTH CENTER - Thrive: Postpartum Class, Tues, 3/10-4/14

Important things to know before you register:

• This registration is for the complete in-person series, held on Tuesdays, March 10, 17, 24, 31, and April 7 and 14.

• This class series is for people who have recently given birth and have a newborn between 1 and 4 months old.
• Class takes place at Vanderbilt Birth Center.

Thrive will help you find your footing as a new parent. It will also help you confidently take one step at a time as you learn about your new role.

Each class addresses a specific topic. Guest speakers with professional experience on certain topics appear for certain weeks.

The Thrive class:

• Provides an opportunity for you to connect with other new moms deeply
• Helps you discover the new aspects of yourself as a mother
• Helps you develop the tools you need to care for your family
• Helps you find balance in the “new normal.”
