Barrett is an improv teacher and authenticity coach who equips individuals with the tools for lasting well-being and fostering growth and play in their journeys. His approach blends the art of improvisation with a collection of wisdom traditions, primarily meditation.

His meditation journey began at age 17 and became a cornerstone of his life, leading to him teaching meditation classes since 2014.

Barrett's improv journey has spanned over a decade of performance and teaching. He trained and performed at Chicago’s famous Second City and iO Theaters for 3 years. Now you can catch Barrett performing at Rise Comedy in Denver!

He has had the privilege of sharing his unique teaching style with everyone from single mothers struggling with addiction on the west side of Chicago to empowering Fortune 500 corporate leaders seeking an edge; guiding teams at Lyft, Intercom, JLL, DaVita and beyond.
