Immersive Qigong

In this 90-minute experience you will receive:

- Qigong movement + standing meditation

- ⁠Healing Sounds movement and release, focused on one organ

- ⁠Organ meditation (bringing in animals and seasons linked to the organ)

- ⁠Core Power Golden Light meditation

- ⁠Reiki support throughout the Healing Sounds process

- ⁠Meridian tapping + massage to close the session linked to the organ in focus

Each month we will focus on a different theme/organ:
February = The Lungs - Sadness, Depression & Grief
March = The Kidneys - Nervousness, Fear & Paranoia
April = The Liver - Anger, Jealousy & Frustration
May = The Heart - Hatred & Impatience
June = The Spleen (& Stomach) - Worry & Anxiety
July = The Triple Burner - Balance

For those who have experienced these practices on their own, you’ll know the benefits of feeling lighter, brighter and more regulated and by focusing on one organ at a time we can deepen that experience even further.
