Join me for a soothing sound immersion with the heart opening medicine of cacao, to journey inwards and receive guidance, nourishment and soul activations.

We will come together in ceremony, to connect to our heart wisdom and inner guidance, to seek clarity on our path to living in alignment with our soul's calling.

I will guide you through a gentle conscious connected breathwork practice, focusing on deepening relaxation and entering an altered state before easing into the deep sound meditation. The sound healing instruments have the power to transmute any negative or heavy energies as the frequencies of the sacred sounds raise us to a higher vibrational energy, soothe our nervous systems and heal us on a cellular level. You will also receive Reiki healing during the practice to realign your energy centres.

This ceremony will guide you to soften, receive, connect, remember, to let go of negative thought patterns and behaviours that no longer serve you, and create the space to explore new perspectives and ways of being so you can live with greater purpose and authenticity.

We will pull oracle cards to receive messages and insights, and there will be time for sharing and journaling at the end. It will be a beautiful afternoon of heart-opening and connection, celebrating the beginning of spring and our patron saint and goddess Brigid and sharing the healing power of cacao, sound, Reiki and breath.
