Join us for a Christ-centered wellness experience designed for women who want to honor God in their bodies and renew their spirit.

We’ll open with prayer, move through a 45-minute workout led by Kiandra of Key2Results (@key2results_), and close with a peaceful cooldown + spiritual reset guided by Michal.

Expect movement, encouragement, and a moment to breathe with God.
