Join Chef John for an authentic pizza-making class using fresh ingredients.

In this hands-on pizza-making class, we will teach you how to make classic Neapolitan pizza completely from scratch.

You'll learn how to make homemade pizza dough, and stretch and shape it into rounds, then top it with the flavors of Italy. It doesn't get much better than the simple sophistication of we will provide sides and a dessert to accompany the pizza bring a container to take home fermented dough.

Dough is demoed in class, but due to a three-day fermentation process, the dough used to prepare the pizzas will be made in advance.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive credit for future class, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
